This is the ultimate party palace in Kiev and there are several floors of restaurant, bar, nightclub and strip club. The whole building feels like a beautiful casino. Some other guests sat back and smoked hookah and others sang karaoke on a stage in the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexandra and I accidentally ordered raw beef. We were actually quite unhappy with our own order, but it was mostly because we didn't want raw beef.
