We've travelled around the country by car, bus, motorhome and train, and it's stunningly beautiful. <em>almost everywhere<\/em>. Sometimes we are actually surprised that Swedes travel so little in Switzerland. \"Isn't it expensive?\", we often hear. And yes, the price level is relatively high, but it is certainly not impossible to travel here. To drive a car in the country, you do have to pay for a whole year, but the fee is still quite modest compared to many other countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently it costs 40 CHF (about 373 SEK) to buy one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ch.ch\/en\/swiss-motorway-sticker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Swiss Motorhome Sticker<\/a> which is valid for a full year. Yes, in Switzerland it really is possible! Through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2018\/08\/schweiz-huvudstad-bern-floden-aare\/\">Bern<\/a> The Aare River flows here and Bernese people love to swim here, perhaps during their lunch break. We tried it, and it was a wonderfully refreshing experience! We did the excursion \"The Golden Tour\" which means that you start with a boat trip to Alpnachstad, where you take a train (!) up to the top. See the rushing Rhine Falls<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2018\/08\/rhenfallet-i-schweiz-och-en-resa-langs-grand-tour\/\">Rhine Falls<\/a> is located in northern Switzerland and is Europe&#039;s second widest waterfall, with a width of 150 meters and a drop of 23 meters. You can go up by cable car and at the top you have a completely <em>fantastic<\/em> View. In the summer, you can come here to hike or cycle in the beautiful Alpine landscape, which Peter did on a press trip. One day they went to the Corbassi\u00e8re glacier, at an altitude of 2,641 meters. The second day they climbed the Pierre Avoi mountain, first with electric mountain bikes and then on foot.
