Today you can come here for hotel accommodation, conferences and weddings, but you can also come here to visit Sundbyholm's guest harbour. the castle without the main building<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the way to Sundbyholm Castle we drove past Fiholm Castle, and of course we wanted to check it out. After all, we are on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2021\/03\/arets-husbilspremiar\/\">\"castle trip\" with the motorhome<\/a>! To get to the castle we had to drive through a very long avenue. Today there are \"only\" two wings, but they are extremely beautiful. The owner of the castle lives in one of the wings. We paid 250 SEK for one day (April 2021) and that included electricity and service house with toilets and showers. This castle has a long history and has been owned by families with names like Oxenstierna, Sparre and Wachtmeister. The castle has new owners but it is, as far as we understand, not yet clear what business will be conducted here. Among other things, he established a school, which is considered to be Sweden's first elementary school.
