Today, the castle is owned by the Siemens company, but it also has an interesting history of use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the castle itself is not open, the castle garden is welcoming. Even before Louis De Geer, there was a crown mill on the site. This is now home to the Turbine Museum, where you can follow the inventions of Gustaf De Laval, the Ljungstr\u00f6m brothers and Curt Nicolin and where you can see Sweden's oldest vine. We thought it was worth making a stop just to walk in the castle garden and learn a bit about the history.
