There are no vines or beaches with colourful umbrellas in the background. The story's young protagonists, Anna and Francesca, realise that they have never seen snow, but they have seen drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-far-man-valja-ett-annat-liv\">Can you choose a different life?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The book revolves around the girls' sudden discovery of themselves as sexual beings, and as the centre of the male gaze.
