After five hours with Norwegian we landed today in a sunny and warm Marrakech. There we met the Norwegian organisers and two drivers from Sahara Experience. We drive and drive, we talk, we look and we stop from time to time to take pictures. The landscape is sometimes barren and sometimes green, and it feels like we are far, far away from home. Not least when our guides speak Arabic of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For some reason, one of our party knows what air conditioning is in Arabic, and it helps. Then we make several stops to look at shops selling handicrafts. It is mainly woven carpets, porcelain in strong colours and Argan oil that is produced here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It feels a bit like you should shop and what they sell is beautiful and feels genuine, but we're not in the mood to carry more stuff. Some of our friends buy Argan oil. The hotel is called Kasbah Sirocco and seems nice and good in every way.
