In fact, it took almost seven hours. Some materials (windows and doors) have already been ordered. Others still need to be ordered, and hopefully will arrive on time. Peter has mainly been calculating and planning, while I have started packing glassware and crockery into moving boxes. I have never been involved in lifting a boat before, but I guess it's good if there is no crockery rattling around in the cupboards... The lads spent the first few hours locating and disconnecting all the pipes. Since the boat is permanently connected to water and sewage, it has to be \u201ddisconnected\u201d.
