In fact, we've been there so many times that we've lost count. The very first visit was made by me (Helena) during a train journey in Eastern Europe in 1996.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since then, we have returned to Poland several times, usually by motorhome, but sometimes by plane or car. Sunbathing and swimming on the Baltic coast<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One thing that is popular to do in Poland is sunbathing and swimming. The country has a long beautiful Baltic Sea coast with fantastically fine sandy beaches. You can sunbathe and swim in Sopot, among other places., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2017\/07\/leba-en-semesterfavorit-polen\/\">\u0141eba<\/a>, Ko\u0142obrzeg, the Hel Peninsula and lots of other smaller seaside resorts between \u015awinouj\u015bcie and Gdansk. When we were here, we checked into a campsite in the resort town of Mikolajki and went on a boat trip from here.
