Sopot is a little more exclusive, not to say the <em>the most exclusive<\/em>, the holiday resort in Poland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Summer is the high season in Sopot, but the fact is that tourists come here all year round, which means that most restaurants are open all year round. This is an incredibly cosy place located along the long beach, in low charming wooden buildings. We started with the sour soup zurek, which is a favourite for both Peter and me. As usual, the soup contained both boiled egg and pieces of sausage, but this time also a dollop of mashed potatoes.
