We became curious and started reading up on\u2026 were there perhaps more places in Sweden with exotic names? And yes, we were hooked! Here are 9 \u201cforeign\u201d places in Sweden you can visit already this weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Egypten_%E2%80%93_utanfor_Goteborg_och_Skovde\"><\/span>1. <em>Egypt<\/em> \u2013 outside Gothenburg and Sk\u00f6vde<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egypten is used as the name of a small residential area in H\u00e4rryda outside Gothenburg. Another Egypten is located just outside Sk\u00f6vde. These could be, for example, small farms or crofts, which may be a bit remote, and thus reminiscent of \u201dAmerica\u201d.
