When I first visited the country \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2025\/01\/en-resa-till-baltikum-pa-1990-talet\/\">a trip to the Baltics in the 1990s<\/a> \u2013 the selection in restaurants was extremely limited. Now this is a country with <em>many <\/em>Michelin restaurants and an exciting, modern restaurant scene. This is typical of Estonian cuisine. in Stockholm.
