This is where Selma Lagerl\u00f6f lived, worked and wrote for much of her life. Today, visitors can take a guided tour through her home, learn about the author\u2019s extraordinary life and discover the place where some of Sweden\u2019s most beloved books were created.<\/p><div become famous and rich. Goal-oriented and talented as she was, things went exactly as she planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selma Lagerl\u00f6f became the first woman ever to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.
