The restaurants in Latvia's capital really surprised us, and we had some fantastic dining experiences. We dined at several establishments that offered innovative and exciting dishes, often using local ingredients in new and creative ways. Here are three restaurants you will not want to miss during your visit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-restaurang-kalku-varti\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Restaurang_Kalku_Varti\"><\/span>1. Kalku Varti Restaurant<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restaurant Kalku Varti is located in the Old Town of Riga and offers a stylish yet warm environment. The head chef is relatively young, but has already made a name for himself. The chef himself came out and talked about each dish, making the experience even greater. Chef Svetlana Ri\u0161kova serves creative European food made from Latvian ingredients.
