I went too hard for the training and I have myself to blame, but what a week. I couldn't get up so she had to help me and that alone was difficult because she has no idea when it hurts and when it doesn't. He has an appointment on Wednesday, noooooooooooo. To even try to get up in a crawling position from lying down with a knife in the back took at least 15 minutes, then we live in a car. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/om-oss\/husbaten\/\">houseboat<\/a>, yes! Handicapped accessible? Nooooooo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I crawled to the narrow staircase and thought of getting up with the help of the stairs, noooooooo. And in addition to the pain, I can say as a man, that some mornings the bladder is very large and I needed a mobile toilet, NOW. I did not come up from the lower deck because it hurt too much. I relied heavily on the fact that on Wednesday my naprapath breaks my vertebrae and I leave happy. When you can't walk, sit and barely crawl, you also understand what my toilet visits looked like, hmmm, if you got to go, you got to go. This was worse than starting a business. The toilet seat is in the completely WRONG HEIGHT, who has come up with this height, I demand a quarter number with the manufacturer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took me 30 minutes to even get down and sit with my arms stretched and then came the next shock! How will I get my underwear and trousers up, think, think. The broom is on the same level and it was my rescue and what a hassle because I couldn't even lean forward. Pull up one side and then the other and the first side goes down, it's not true! Is this a Disney film? Now it was the BIG motorhome that applies and there I will fit. I tried to squeeze myself into the passenger seat but it was not possible, so I had to kindly go into the living room and stand up the entire journey of 30 minutes to the naprapath and my son Robin drove as kindly as he could. I couldn't walk on my own so I held onto him the whole time. My naprapath Rolf welcomed us with a \"wow, it looks very serious\". ALCOHOL should help and I have to. My son Robin drove me standing and wobbling in the motorhome to the naprapath after the rest of the box and I came down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I never told my naprapath that I had drunk a lot because I don't know if he can see me then and he shouldn't get hurt, but he fixed my vertebrae. I was unusually flaccid, he said, haha. Oh how bad I felt on Friday after all the wine and that charge but \"mission complete and Happy Happy Friday\".
