We visited the palace during a road trip through eastern Poland and combined the visit with a night at Camping U Kraka \u2013 an unusually personal campsite with animals, a country shop and lots of \u2013 residence of the Zamoyski family<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koz\u0142\u00f3wka Palace is located in Lubelskie in eastern Poland, about 30 kilometers north of Lublin. One of the main reasons to visit Koz\u0142\u00f3wka is the well-preserved interiors. The rooms are filled with paintings, furniture, mirrors, chandeliers, sculptures and other objects from the aristocratic environment. The museum itself describes the interiors as decorated in the style of the Second Empire, with large parts of the Zamoyski family&#039;s original furnishings preserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we visited the palace, we ended up on a guided tour in Polish. From the outside it didn&#039;t look particularly impressive, but inside the door the rooms seemed to go on forever. When we were here we found everything from food and clothes to tools, camping gear and toilet seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were also plenty of animals at the campsite when we visited.
