We booked a quad bike tour yesterday and got to go to Palmerie, an area just outside Marrakech. We booked the tour on site in Marrakech, in one of all the small shops that sell excursions, and were picked up by car at the square when it was time. We could leave bags and other things we didn't need in the house and we were given protective clothing and helmets. Billie of course wanted to drive her own quad bike, but I (Helena) was quite happy to ride behind Peter. As soon as we settled in, we were given instructions and everyone got to try out the controls and steering functions. I took the opportunity to take a photo. Then we set off on quad bikes in Morocco! We travelled on roads, through <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sv.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Berber\" target=\"_blank\">Berber villages<\/a> and in areas that looked like semi-desert, with gravel and occasional vegetation. It went fast and the mud sprayed in all directions. Here it was full speed and all different terrain and now it was as it should be.
