If you've been following our journey around Ireland, you've already seen several of these, but we thought it would be fun to put them all together in one post. Martin. When filming Game of Thrones, several different countries have been used as backdrops, including Croatia, Iceland, Malta, Spain and Morocco. And of course... Northern Ireland!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Northern Ireland is full of filming locations, including scenes that take place in and around the UK. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2018\/05\/winterfell-att-besoka-game-of-thrones-i-nordirland\/\">Winter coat<\/a>, The Wall, Iron Islands, The Stormlands and Dragonstone. I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freedomtravel.se\/en\/2018\/05\/belfast-i-nordirland-gora-i-belfast\/\">Belfast<\/a> There's also a giant film studio where lots of scenes for the upcoming season are shot. Before travelling to Ireland, we had researched a few filming locations that we wanted to visit, but in fact we stumbled upon many more. It seemed like they were everywhere!
