I was invited to a tasting when the restaurant was new in 2018, and it was a hit with my taste buds. Palett is located at V\u00e4stmannagatan 50, near Odenplan, together with the billiard hall JoLo. Here you can combine dinner with a game of billiards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I visited, the restaurant had a modern interior and a brand new kitchen. We ate on the street level, while people passed by on their way down to the billiard hall. His cooking was based on French cuisine, which I really like, combined with Swedish ingredients. Game, seafood and the best of the season were mixed with spices and influences from different parts of the world. I love fish and really appreciate those who can handle it properly. The hot-smoked char was served as a small log \u2013 a nice way to present it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To accompany the fish we had grilled cucumber and lemon, almond potatoes, tomato, sea coral, horseradish and nobis sauce. In the glass was Chablis, one of my favorites.
