Absolutely! Tourism has started again and we have friends who have been to the country just recently. Our blog colleague Christian, from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matochresebloggen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Food and travel blog<\/a>, also told us briefly about her trip to Sri Lanka with her family this summer. The country suffered severely from the attack and tourism slowed down dramatically. In May, tourism decreased by more than 70 per cent compared to the same period last year. It's tough! The security situation is now back to normal, and security at airports and hotels, for example, has been increased. Do people dare to travel to Sri Lanka now? Yes, travelling to Sri Lanka is safe and secure. Some newspapers have written that you do not need a visa, but that is not true.
