The hotel is located on a mountain and offers both a relaxing spa and a Nordic menu with local ingredients. Now we have spent two lovely days at hotel Il Gabbiano, just next to Lake Trasimeno in Umbria. We have relaxed by the pool and eaten super good pizza, and we have also had time to make a boat trip to the largest island in Lake Trasimeno, namely Isola Polvese.
