We are gradually replacing all the lighting in the houseboat with LEDs. Electricity will be one of the major costs here, especially when the cold weather arrives. At least being able to light up the boat without having to worry about power consumption feels good. The LED lights are expensive to buy, but it feels like it will pay off in the long run.

Än så länge har Peter fått upp lampor i taket i vår klädkammare. Jag håller på att måla längs sidorna på nedre däck, och snart kommer där också nya lampor.
Vi är vana vid LED-lampor, eftersom vi installerat en hel del i husbilen. Där är det ju nästan ännu viktigare att kunna hålla ner strömförbrukningen och spara energi. Här kan du se en del av the lighting inside the motorhome and here you see exterior lighting. Do you use LED lights?

Yes! I/we are totally "LEDed", or almost at least. We have some regular single-element bulbs and halogen variants as well.
