The first month of autumn is here and we are in the cold north. And yet, this feeling of summer by the Mediterranean. The marina is bustling with activity: children in life jackets on the piers and parties sipping bubbly at Sjökrogen.

ShareHouseboat life is good
We sit back on the deck and enjoy the sun as we watch the boats glide in and out of the inlet in heavy traffic. They wave to us and shout "You wouldn't believe we're in Sweden!". And we wave back happily.
Visit to the houseboat
Yesterday afternoon we were visited by Robin and Alexandra and ... the nice young couple who bought our apartment in Sumpan! It was a very nice evening with good food, wine and many laughs.

Just back from our weekend trip to Öland. Lovely days, but now the lawnmower is waiting. The grass is still growing in the heat.
Some small projects here but nothing like your houseboat. But a couple of front doors will be replaced one of these days.
