There is a houseboat for sale here in Pampas marina. It is the boat Tua that is for sale. This houseboat is even more of a boat than ours, so to speak. It has a working engine, so it's not just a home - it can also be driven.

We've been on the Tua houseboat on a few occasions, and it's cool because it has a real boat feel and you can also drive it.

BP, housing prices are, as usual, very much about location. And an apartment in the centre of Solna costs considerably more for the same square metre...

The price per square metre in that location is not a deterrent. You have to pay at least twice as much for the same area a stone's throw away in Vasastan. And it looks nice inside. Not for me though!

Inga M, agrees. The price per square metre is very good for the location. At the same time, you have to be prepared for the fact that maintenance costs more for a houseboat than an apartment, and you have to be able to take care of it.
