Have you seen the TV series Mother Goose? Did you realise that it is partly set here in our marina? Apparently there will be another season, because the film crew has been here again to shoot Mother Goose.

ShareOtherwise, we have been hanging out on the deck in the fantastic weather. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get away with the motorhome, as there are still many faults on it that need to be fixed, but luckily we have so nice here in the marina.
New recording of Mother Goose
The TV series Gåsmamman is a Swedish thriller series centred around mother of three Sonja Ek (Alexandra Rapaport). Sonja's life is shattered when she realises that her husband is deeply involved in organised drug trafficking, and when she is suddenly forced into a dangerous game to protect her family.
In the show, the marina we live in is owned by criminal gangs, and it's quite bizarre to watch the show and hear them talk about selling the marina... You've also seen everything from childbirth to fingers being cut off in one of our neighbouring houses. Of course, we don't know what will happen in the next season...
Beautiful summer days
The motorhome is home from the workshop again, but unfortunately there are all sorts of problems with it. We can't go out with it yet, but have to go to the workshop and deal with the insurance company. Peter will tell us more about that soon.
It feels bad that our motorhome is not well, but otherwise there is no need for us at home. Yesterday we spent most of the day on the deck in the nice weather. In the afternoon there was a knock on the door. There was Peter's son Robin and his wife Alexandra! It was a very nice evening with a spontaneous barbecue dinner.

No, there is really no need for you, but it is of course super sad that Freedom is not feeling well... I hope it works out for the best, and much faster than it has so far gone there at the wintering workshop....
I haven't seen The Mother Goose, but it's cool to have a recording so close by, and then be able to see on TV what the neighbours are REALLY up to 😉.

I have seen some episodes of the Mother Goose and exciting that now new ones are recorded in the marina but can imagine that the feeling is absurd regarding the action in your neighbourhood. Sad that "Freedom" does not feel good but hope it works out. The weather is lovely so it is nice to have a good time at home.

Gåsmamman is one of the better Swedish TV series I have seen and yes I have seen both seasons 🙂 fun that there will be a third.
Fun with recording in a familiar environment and as Ama writes above, you now know what your neighbours are doing 😉.
How sad that your campervan is still sick 🙁 .
except that you can't use it, which is a shame...
cars cost a lot of money to repair, money that could have been used for more fun 😉.
there should be a high-cost protection 😉.
Spontaneous visits and joint barbecue dinner, that's fun 🙂 .
You also seem to be lucky with the weather.
Here we have had grey, overcast, partial precipitation and around +9 the last few days. No weather that makes me go out with a smile on my lips 😉.

I agree with you about prawns. When we travelled for a year in Europe, we ate a lot of prawns and that's good by all means. But shrimp that you buy here, that's something special! 🙂

Great sunshine and warmth!!!
Drove from 30 degree Berlin this morning, got a little sweaty as the AC did not want to cool after the winter rest, luckily I had ice cream in the freezer!
there is always something to fix and review with motorhomes, hope your problems are resolved so you can get out with the Freedom again soon!
Now you sit on the sun deck of MS Peter Pan and hope that the heat remains in Skåne too!

The highest rating is the Sauna/Spa department, 9 designed luxury saunas with different themes, whirlpools, special showers and a wonderfully soft atmosphere. You want to go there again!

I'm scared every time I go to the garage because they don't take care of me in a good way, I'm so used to the soft hands of the owners. Really sad that FREEDOM had got new faults, deplorable in fact.
Mother Goose is just so good and the owners can't wait for new episodes. It's nice for them to know that you live next door to this film set.

What we liked about the fair and the dance and everything else, we will take at the time! We recognise that with crayfish, haha. It was enough to sit on the deck for a few hours to get bright red (and probably did not choose the most suitable shirt for it, haha). At the moment we are unfortunately not going anywhere because I have to work and Peter has to focus on repairing our motorhome ... Have fun!!!!

Yes, your boat was slightly bigger than ours 😉 but the enjoyment is probably the same:) I love the sun glitter in the water. It is like balm for the soul.
