Children design new X2000 trains

What should the new x2000 trains look like? Yes, that's the question SJ is asking children aged six to eight to send in drawings suggesting how the exterior should be painted. The winning drawing will be foiled on an X2000 locomotive.

"Children can come up with solutions that we adults don't think of, or don't dare try. At the same time, children have a joy in their drawings that is contagious. It will be great fun to see the proposals we receive", says Anders Ekblom, coordinator of New X 2000.

Facebook is loved and hated

Recently, The Verge magazine conducted a study on the "big five" (Amazon, Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft) to find out what users think about the different companies. The study shows that opinions are strongest when it comes to Facebook.

People both love and hate the platform, and would miss it more than Apple if the company disappeared. Many like the ability to keep in touch with friends and family (especially when travelling), but there is also concern about privacy issues.

Stockholm is 2nd on the list

A study by online travel agency TravelBird has ranked international cities and how welcoming they are in relation to their level of mass tourism. Singapore was found to be the most welcoming city, successfully managing its high level of visitors with the best airport in the world and the creation of a safe city ecosystem.

Stockholm is ranked number 2 out of 100, with a low level of mass tourism, a high level of happiness and safety, and a high perception from journalists regarding their welcome.
