As we have sold the first experience packages on the FREEDOM Xplore travel agency, some questions have arisen. We are constantly fine-tuning various features and details, but it might also be appropriate to answer, clarify... and give some tips!

Scoring system on FREEDOM Xplore

On our travel agency FREEDOM Xplore we have a points system that is basically very simple. 1 point = 1 krona. When you buy an experience or a trip, you can pay with money (credit card, Klarna or Google Pay) or points or money + points. Simple, isn't it? So, what is the purpose of the points?

We can award points in prize draws and competitions - which you can then use to buy any trip or experience!
Every time you buy a trip/experience you get points - the points you save can be used the next time you shop for travel/experience!

How to use your points

Do you already have points? If you are one of the respondents to our initial survey, you have 200 or 600 points (if you haven't already used them of course). Here's how to use your points!

Make sure you are logged in. You can find the login under the three horizontal lines at the top right! If you received a login email but cannot find it: Click on "Forgot password" and a new activation link will be sent.
Check your score! You can see your score at the top left. (If you are reading on a mobile phone, you can see your score by clicking on the three lines at the top right.)
Select the trip/experience you want to book and the date.
Fill in all the details (name, address, telephone number, specific requests/requests and payment information).
Go to the box "Using FREEDOM Xplore points?" - fill in the number of points you want to use!
Click on "Book now"

In the example below, I chose the package "Dinner and a pitch - cosy gastropub in the countryside" - a package that costs 750 SEK for one camper + two adults. In the box on the right, select the date and then click on "Book now".

I then filled in all the details and when it was time to pay, I wanted to use my 200 points. I then wrote "200" in the box after "Use FREEDOM Xplore Points?" and the total amount to pay then dropped to SEK 550. At the bottom I can see how many points I get to save for the next occasion.

Welcome to FREEDOM Xplore to use your points! Don't have any points yet? Of course, you can buy trips and experiences as usual, without points. We'll also be organising lots of competitions and prize draws in the future, where you can win points. Stay tuned for that!
