The castle is located in Bromma and like many other similar old buildings, it is used today for conferences and weddings, and as a hotel and restaurant. The castle was built in the mid-17th century and has had many different owners over the years, ranging from private nobles to the county council. Among other things, Queen Kristina once celebrated midsummer here.
