Could this be the most beautiful beach in Corsica? Ok, we don't know for sure, but Saleccia beach has been mentioned in such contexts and we have to say ... wow, what a beach! Saleccia beach is not far from St Florent in northern Corsica, but there are no roads, so you can't get there by car. You simply have to get there by boat.

Now we have arrived in the small town of St Florent in Corsica. "Oh, I want to live here!", I exclaimed when we arrived. Of course I don't, but the spontaneous feeling still gives it a good rating. The guidebook says that St Florent is "almost like a Corsican St Tropez". This is true to an extent - it feels affluent, the outdoor cafes are close to the harbour and there are a lot of luxury yachts. Still, I like this place much more than St Tropez!

Naturist campsite in Corsica, at Aléria on the east coast. The campsite is on a huge area and the motorhomes, caravans and tents are scattered here and there on the beaches and in the forest. It doesn't really feel like being on a campsite, but rather in a huge natural area. We have positioned ourselves so we have the Mediterranean Sea through the window in front of us - not a bad view!
