When the flight comparison site Skyscanner asked 550 Europeans which accent is the sexiest, it came up with French breaking at the top. Breaking on Russian or Scandinavian is also apparently sexy. One wonders if we Europeans have seen too much film? Or, what about this?

Well, there you go... If you can think it's sexy that someone has an accent, it's not a big surprise that French came first, but that Scandinavian placed so high... although of course someone who speaks English with a Norwegian accent might be perceived as extremely sexy... 😉.

I like the Spanish accent, but mostly find the French one a bit annoying. Perhaps mostly because I've met a lot of French people 😉.

Emmy, yes, you often associate a certain accent, dialect or language with people you've met from there.

Wow, I've heard "I LOVE your accent" many times here in the US.
It's kind of fun, but at the same time it's hard work.
But I KNOW that I'm breaking, so I just have to digest the situation.
