On 2 October this year, 300 children were given a slightly different experience by KLM: they were invited to a spectacular preview of the new Disney film Planes. What was a bit special was that the preview was not in a cinema - but in an aeroplane!

The children were all winners of KLM's 'Create your own plane' competition, where they had participated by drawing their own aeroplanes. Certainly a fun and different cinema experience!
Do you like to watch films on the plane?
I love watching cartoons when I fly! On planes, I find it hard to concentrate on dialogue and intricate plots, so cartoons are perfect. The last time we took a long flight, I watched the latest Ice Age film. On the big modern planes today, there are often many films to choose from - perfect for long flights! Do you like to watch films when you fly?
