Chicken wraps with avocado

Our new favourite is chicken wraps with avocado. Quick, easy and delicious! Works just as well with water on a weekday before training as it does with a beer at the weekend. We could eat this almost every day right now. What is your current dinner favourite?

How to do this

We shred the chicken and marinate it in ready-made chilli or garlic marinade. Then we fry the marinated chicken strips. Other than that, there's not much cooking. It's just putting out wraps and chopping different vegetables.

You can really choose whatever vegetables you want. For example, we like green salad, red or yellow pepper, tomato, corn, leek, apple, avocado and jalapeno. And then some chunky salsa and sour cream on it!
