What is available in our online shop?
In the shop, we have focused on fun gifts and smart gadgets suitable for people who enjoy travel, motorhomes, caravans, boating, golf, leisure, holidays or the outdoors. We also have Swedish gifts suitable for travelling abroad.
The idea is to find things that you can't find in many other places. The range will of course be expanded over time! We have lots of ideasbut we need to start on a smaller scale. Right now you will find above all:
- Presenter
- Gadgets for the home/kitchen (including baking!)
- Smart gadgets for leisure and outdoor life
- Motorhome, caravan, boating, golf and more themed gadgets
Quality, materials and partners
We have been careful to select products in sustainable materials and good quality. We have several different partners, and have purchased products from Germany and the USA, among others.
Here in Sweden, we collaborate with a company called Pufz, which manufactures products in silicone, which is a light, flexible, durable and environmentally friendly material (free of phthalates and bisphenol A, BPA-free). Together with the company, we have also developed a whole new collection of products with a motorhome/caravan theme. Fantastic fun!
Opening offers - lots of great prices
We're kicking off this first weekend with some great opening offers. You'll find really good prices on several of our products. The prices apply to only Saturday and Sunday (8-9 August), after which prices will revert to normal. The products concerned are labelled with "Rea!”.

You can always find the shop by clicking on "WEB SHOP" in the menu under the blog title. If you then want to find your way back to the blog, just click on "FREEDOMtravel" at the very top. You can also find the online shop by clicking on the link here:
How to find the online shop
We hope it will be easy to find in the online shop, but here are some tips:
- At the top are categories - you can click on these to find products in the desired category
- At the bottom are labels - you can also use these to find the products you want.
If you want to buy something, add the product(s) to your shopping basket. You then click on your shopping basket to pay. We have a fixed shipping fee of SEK 49, regardless of how many products you buy. If you buy more than SEK 500, we offer free shipping. You can pay by credit card or swish.
A lot of work behind the scenes
Why did we even start an online shop? One of the reasons was that many of our jobs and trips abroad were cancelled this year due to COVID-19, which meant we had less income and more time. We have often thought that we would like to sell different products, and now the opportunity came. We already had a website, so it couldn't be that difficult, could it?
Wow, how wrong we were! It's lucky sometimes that you don't know how much work different projects will involve, otherwise you would never dare to embark on them. It has taken a huge amount of time to build the website, find the right partners, write agreements, read up on the rules for this and that, label products with Swedish texts, photograph and film products, enter product information on the website, apply for and install payment solutions, find the right shipping solutions and a thousand other things that we could never imagine before we started.
Who are we behind the online shop?
If you found your way here because of the shop and don't know us before, maybe a little introduction is in order! Our names are Peter and Helena Bergström and we run the blog FREEDOMtravel, Sweden's largest blog about travel, adventure and camping. We travel by motorhome, but also by plane, boat or train when it suits us. We started the blog in 2009 and publish a post every morning at 06:00. Currently we have about:
- 85 000 unique visitors/month
- 160 000 page views/month
