Sensation Copenhagen 2009 - a party in white

Finally it was time for Sensation Copenhagen yesterday! First a little pre-party in the motorhome of course. Then we took the train into the centre of Copenhagen, which was filled with people dressed in white! 35,000 people in white, that's a lot!

Creative outfits

There were lots of stylish, cool, sexy and creative outfits in white. Some had taken it one step further and came as medical staff, sailors, Bedouins, rabbits or... as one of Darth Vader's soldiers. For example.

35 000 people in white

The music was really good and we danced for six hours, with some breaks for sausages and beer, shots or water. After two hours, Peter and I lost Robin and Alexandra. We had a place to meet, but that didn't help. 35,000 people in white is still 35,000 people in white ...

At least we found each other when we were going home and waited (for a long time!) together for a taxi. When we got back to the campsite, the "neighbours" greeted us with "God morgen". Very funny and tired.

Copenhagen - Stockholm by motorhome

It was a last cosy evening at the campsite in Copenhagen yesterday, with roast beef, potato salad and a good red wine. It was windy and rough outside, but it is really cosy when you sit inside the warm motorhome. Then it was time to drive the distance Copenhagen - Stockholm with the motorhome.

It was a long day of driving. The distance from Copenhagen to Stockholm is long. Especially when you go to bed late, get up early and only have one driver ... On the Öresund Bridge it was also very windy today! Almost a little scary when you feel how the strong winds tear the motorhome up there on the bridge ...

At least we are home now! And can't wait to go to Sensation again ... I wonder where it will be organised this spring?
