Last year, we (me, Peter, Billie and Billie's cousin Pontus) took a trip to northern Sweden with the camper van, and I promised I would show some pictures. In fact, it was really cold in northern Sweden last summer. Fortunately, we found some things to do anyway...

Sala silver mine
The first stop was at the Sala Silver Mine. This was a really interesting visit. We got to go 155 metres down into the mine and see the suite where you can actually stay one night. We also got to hear about the life of the miners in the past, and you are glad that you were not a miner in the past ...
Orsa Bear Park
The journey continued to Orsa where we visited the Orsa Bear Park. Here we got to see Siberian tigers, polar bears and cute little bear cubs.

Rafting in the river Vindelälven
This is how happy I looked BEFORE the rafting. Now I can boast that I've done it, but I'm not going to do it again. Of course, that's because I'm a bit stubborn when it comes to water. The others would certainly do it again. Exciting and lots of adrenaline!
Pite sea baths
Pite Havsbad was nice, but what do you do at a bath when it's freezing cold ...? Maybe play adventure golf indoors? We did, and we also tested the artificial sun terrace.
