Peter is working extra this weekend, from 7am to 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday. But that doesn't stop him from working on the boat when he gets home! "We are rebuilding the large room on the lower deck, where we have a bedroom, exercise room and wardrobe. The idea is to make it both attractive (with a bit of a ship's feel) and more functional.

As usual, Peter has a thousand ideas and he never takes the easy way out. Right now it's chaos, but hopefully it will get better with time. By the way, we bought a laminate floor that we think is cool (bottom picture). We have some special plans for it... you'll see.

Wow, a houseboat! It was a dream to live on as a young man ... but I have realised that I am too impractical and seasick to enjoy living on board a houseboat for long periods of time. But I can be jealous anyway ðŸ™'
