Happy Friday! The best thing about this Friday is probably ... that it's Friday! Right now we're tired in the morning, tired in the evening and a bit tired in the middle of the day. How is that even possible? Life as a blogger is not as glamorous as you might think, haha. But hard work is part of life, so ... Happy Friday!

ShareUpdating the blog - a never-ending job
A while ago we came up with the brilliant (?) idea that we should go through and update the blog. You know: getting rid of old embarrassing posts, clearing out links that don't lead anywhere, replacing small blurry pictures with bigger fancier ones, adding maps to our travel tips pages and so on.
All this would have been fine if we had started blogging six months ago, but considering that we started in the spring of 2009 and have been blogging every day since then, there's a lot to take in ... Below all free time we sit at our computers. A social life - what is that? But anyway, the good thing is that the blog is actually getting better (we hope)!
Fairs and digging in the motorhome sector
Peter has visited the fair All about the lake this week and we're thinking of checking out the Explore and Photo Fair this weekend. And then there's the matter of what's going on. behind the scenes in the motorhome industry. We promised that we would dig this week and we have done so.
Some people have been reached and others are unreachable. Other people have contacted us by email or through comments on the blog or on Facebook. We are gathering facts and thinking about how to write our post that will be published on Sunday. There is a lot of information and a lot of thinking. In the end, we are ... exhausted.

So ... let's celebrate the weekend! Not that we are "free" from the blog at the weekend, but since I'm not going to work, it's one less thing to concentrate on. Maybe we'll have time for both a trip to the fair and some relaxing on the sofa, if we're lucky. What is the best thing that happened during your week?

We have done what we do best during the week, i.e. travelled. So with that you can be satisfied.
We travelled to Dubai, a trip where the teenagers got to decide the destination. We were a bit sceptical about that choice ourselves. But the trip turned out great and everyone is happy.

You are doing a great job with your blog. Here I am still weighing the pros and cons of starting a simple blog, but it's tempting.
The funniest and most incredible thing that happened during the week is that on Monday Magdalena Graaf, from Postkodlotteriet came to two of our closest neighbours with lots of gift cards from Ving. Even we who by birth and unbridled habit have a ticket there got some so now we are sitting with just over SEK 47,000 at Ving and the wonderful I-land problem: Where should we go?

Oops. We're not the only ones who are tired! Feels like hibernation. But this week we had a spring day and damn what energy we got! Sat out in the sun and had breakfast. Cleaned out the motorhome and removed the winter fabric from the sofa cushions. So there is still hope! ? Just wait for the spring sun! ? Have a nice weekend!

It's a lot of work with your blog and it really is of high quality. A full-time job for Peter and sometimes also for Helena.
I have recommended the blog to many people and right now it is being read by some people who will soon be travelling to Albania. Have also met motorhome owners in Spain where I have recommended the blog.
The best thing that has happened here is the recharging and countdown for our trip to Beijing and the fact that our visas seem to be ready.

Surely it is work with a blog! And honestly, I don't really have time for the blog walks, there are too many of them, if you want to visit all of them 😀 In addition, I have another task, which has expanded, I read texts and publish on MOD - socially rewarding.

Now you have a serious blog and you are very ambitious, which of course is appreciated by all readers. I have to say that I'm glad I only have a nonsense blog, as I don't have to delete old posts or change pictures. Your blog is a database with tips and more about travel destinations, so it requires a completely different work. However, I think the most important thing is that you yourself enjoy having such an ambitious blog. If it becomes a burden, it is not fun.
