Is it already Friday again? How did it happen? Last night we were both sure it was Wednesday, so we prepared a completely different post for today. But it is apparently Friday. Already? Happy Friday!

Has it been Easter?
On Monday evening we were invited to Easter dinner at my (Helena's) mum's house, which was very nice! Otherwise, we haven't really noticed the Easter thing. It's mostly on social media that we've seen eggs and Easter carts and such slip by. We have been sitting at home working on the blog and a lot of other projects.
Our projects
What kind of projects are we working on? We're trying to improve the blog in many ways, from cleaning up old posts to fixing broken links and everything else. In addition, we have a few projects on the side. I've been writing an article for a magazine and Peter is working both on the collaboration he started in Gothenburg recently (still secret) and on preparing our upcoming motorhome trips. Among other things.
Not knowing the days of the week
We obviously don't keep track of the days of the week. Yesterday we thought it was Wednesday, so I planned a post for today about driving a car or motorhome in Europe. It's a post I've been planning for a long time, and I really want to write. There are so many rules now about road charges and environmental zones that everyone (including us) gets dizzy.
All said and done, yesterday I spent a few hours putting together a meaty and informative post about driving in Europe. Only when I was almost done did I realise that ... today is Happy Friday! You'll just have to wait for the post about driving in Europe ...
Best this week?
We have hardly been outside the houseboat this week (except that I have been at work), so the best thing this week is probably that we have got some order on the blog! It is also fun that the report about us and about living in a houseboat not only came out in a local newspaper in Värmland, but also in Västmanland, Sundsvall, Småland and Gothenburg.

Friday, already? Yes, we recognise that and I, who have Friday off, barely had time to start my working week before it ended.
Best of the week; yesterday's heavy rain that made a large part of our snow disappear and that the cranes came in 10,000s to us at Lake Hornborga. Then it is spring!

It's easy to get weekly when it's "Sunday" on a Monday 🙂 .
The best thing about the week has been all the meetings and festivities with good and happy friends. When it is Easter, there will be extra many people down here as there will be several "free days" on the holiday 😀.

I thought I had landed on an old post! Friday? Today? Isn't it Monday?
Best things this week: the book market in Aracena, the sun and yesterday's surprise party, where the main character disappeared without a trace. There were finally four people out looking for her in the village, while the rest of us ate the food on the roof for two hours and started to freeze before she was found:-) My little D, like the other children at the party, got a small, simple plastic watch that she loves as much as only a little kid can. She has been sleeping with it on her arm, and I smile every time I think about it.

Hello and Happy Friday! We skipped Easter this year, even though we were in Chicago, it didn't exist. Not a feather, chicken, Easter basket 😀 Easter only one day, and it was Easter Sunday, then it was Easter in the churches. We went to an Easter musical in House of Hope, huge!!!

Hi Arne! Yes, we got it!!! THANK YOU so much! Peter forwarded the email to me directly and it was such a nice picture with the coffee mug and everything 🙂 But just then we were going to go to my job, and then it did not happen that we answered ... I bet you have a hard time keeping track of the days with all the things you have going on.

It's great that the report about you has been published in so many newspapers. Yes, if you are a celebrity you are;-)
The fact that as a pensioner you don't keep track of the days of the week anymore is perhaps quite natural, but the fact that you have already suffered from this "phenomenon" is a comfort - for us pansies, that is;-).

I am delighted with the report and that it was published in several newspapers.
And the days go by quickly....I'm also quite daydreamy. The best thing during the week has been that I have had another cortisone injection and some anaesthetics that have made my cold shoulder less painful. Now I'm in London for the weekend with my eldest grandson Max and my daughters. And it's really great to be here again and extra fun is that we live right "in the middle".

The report was a fun read.
This week has mostly been a transport route for my owners because they are looking forward to tomorrow. Then it will be the big day for me this year, I will feel the fresh scent outside the den. I hope nothing has broken for me this winter but that the owners can move on without having to repair a lot.

It's easy to become weekly bored, not only when you're working hard, but also when you're having lazy retirement days. One day turns into another without you really having to worry about it. Have a good one!
