Some days are nicer than others to live in a houseboat in the Pampas marina. The air is still cold, but we've had several days of clear blue skies and bright sunshine. The ducks are flocking around our boat and people are sitting outside the Sea Restaurant enjoying the sun. So far, only the icebreaker occasionally chugs by, but soon the water will probably be filled with other boats as well.

Helena Olmås normally works as a personal trainer, including through her own company Health by Helena. Right now she is on the other side of the globe, carrying out a project that is anything but ordinary. Helena is walking across New Zealand on foot - a walk of over 3000 kilometres! Is that even possible? Not only is the hike an end in itself, but Helena is also raising money for the Cancer Foundation. Absolutely fantastic!

The Croatian Tourist Board has nominated us for the annual "Zlatna penkala" or Golden Pen Award for our blogging about Croatia. We've received a fantastic justification, and we've also been invited to the award ceremony in Split at the end of April. Wow! This is soooo much fun. We have chosen a winner among the large motorhomes, a winner among the medium-sized motorhomes and a winner among the small motorhomes. This weekend, the motorhome and caravan fair Caravan Stockholm is taking place at Kistamässan. We've been there, of course, and are probably going there today as well. We present a first report on the fair today, and tomorrow we will announce our personal favourites in three classes - small, medium and large motorhomes.
