Just when you start to relax, there's a setback... When Peter went into the boiler room today, he discovered water running down the wall. Panic! He looked along all the pipes and tore down the ceiling. No pipes were broken. Instead, it seems that large amounts of rainwater have leaked in through the kitchen window and run down the walls.
