Torre del Mar is a pleasant little town on the south coast of Spain. It has a nice long promenade along the coast, and quite a few Swedes have found their way here, especially in the winter. We have been camping here with our motorhome for a while, and soon it is time for us to move on to discover Granada.

Today we visited the southernmost point of Europe, located in Tarifa, Spain. From here it is not far to Morocco, and when you look out over the sea you see North Africa rising like misty mountains on the other side. Fascinating that Africa is suddenly so close!

Today we left Seville and drove to El puerto de Santa Maria, just north of Cadiz on the Spanish coast. Here we are in a well-organised campsite right by the sea, but even though it's nice, we feel a certain irritation. During this little trip, we have been asked to show our passports no less than three times. three times!

In some cities, guidebooks tell you to visit the city's park, and then you're disappointed when the park is nothing more than a green lawn with a few trees and flowers. Today the sun is shining on Gran camping Zarautz in Spain. We took a walk down to the beach in the morning. There are a lot of steps down the mountain where the campsite is located - and then as many steps up!
