Starting training after a long break

Jogging on the beach on the Algarve coast

Today we rolled the campervan to the beach in Galé on the outskirts of Albufeira, here in the south of Portugal. We haven't exercised for ages, so today was the day! We went jogging on the beach and did some occasional exercises from our usual training programme. It's good to be up and running again! Then it was tuna salad on the beach and a few lazy hours in the sun.
