Festkväll i Göteborg - på nattklubben Push

What fantastic weather! On Friday morning we travelled by tram to Chalmers, where I was attending and speaking at a conference. Meanwhile, Peter sat outside in the sun and read a book. On Saturday evening we had a party night in Gothenburg, with a few hours at the Push nightclub.

The conference, which was about physical activity, was interesting. After the conference, me and Peter had a really good salad at Palace and a rather lazy afternoon in the nice weather. Gothenburg is wonderful in the sunshine, but one thing we have to complain about: Why must all Gothenburgers have Converse? Are there no other shoes to buy in this city ...?

Festive evening in Gothenburg

On Saturday evening it was time for a party night in Gothenburg. We cooked pork fillet with mushrooms and enjoyed a good dinner with wine, in the car park right next to Avenyn. As good as ever! Then there was music and party atmosphere in the motorhome, while we could greet happy Gothenburgers who passed by.

We had a beer at Lipp (good move and a little more mature audience, seems to be a real ragged place) and then went on and danced at Push. How nice it is then, at night, to have only a few hundred metres to walk home to the motorhome ...

Citycamping in Gothenburg

Are you wondering where we are with the motorhome? We have parked centrally, near Avenyn. We had to pay 300 SEK to park here for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday), but it might be worth it to park in the centre of the city. We found a car park where the overhang could protrude behind the parking window, so it feels like we're well placed here.
