New year, new plans – where shall we travel in 2026?

The new year is here, and for us, that means lots of travel plans, of course. Where will we travel this year, 2026? The plans are still relatively vague, but we do have plans for a large part of the year!

Our travel plans for 2026

Yes, we have actually already planned a large part of this year's trips. At the same time, many of the plans are a little ”fuzzy”. Most of the travel plans will probably go ahead, but it is also possible that some will be cancelled... And at the same time, some will surely be added!

January-FebruaryPoland, Spain, Egypt...

We think we're going to Poland already in January, on a press trip. This isn't completely finalised, but we hope it will happen. It would be interesting to see what you can do in this summer (?) destination in winter!

We have also received a possible request for a trip to Egypt, around February. Maybe it will happen? And then we want to visit our friends Lennart and Beata in Spain. Maybe we can do that in February too?

March-April: Exotic destinations and motorhome trips in Sweden

In March, we have a really exciting destination booked for a press trip. This is a country we have never been to, in an exotic part of the world. The trip has not been confirmed yet, so we are waiting to shout about it, but it would be incredibly interesting to experience and tell people about this country...!

When we return home, perhaps we will embark on a motorhome adventure in Sweden? We have several exciting collaborations in the works, so we will see what happens...!

May: Caravan trip in Namibia

In the spring, we plan to travel to Namibia. Our South African friends, Henri and Michelle, whom we met in the Philippines, visited us in South Africa and then took us around Sweden in their motorhome – have now invited us to travel with them in Namibia.

We can't turn down such a fantastic adventure! The plan is to fly to Cape Town, Hang out with Henri and Michelle for a bit, and then set off on an adventure in their caravan...! Wow, how exciting!

June-August: Motorhome trip in Norway

This summer, as usual, we plan to travel with our motorhome, and the planned destination is ... NorwayWe have never travelled around Norway in a motorhome, and it is high on our bucket list. As we all know, our neighbouring country is both beautiful and dramatic.

The plan is to travel via Sweden to the northernmost part of mainland Norway. From there, we plan to follow the Norwegian coast southwards at a leisurely pace. It will be life in a motorhome and lots of reporting!

September: Elmia trade fair and Greek islands

In September, it's time for the Elmia trade fair in Jönköping, and we don't want to miss it. We will most likely give a lecture on ”Norway by motorhome” at the fair.

It is also quite possible that there will be a trip to Greece, to discover one or another new Greek island.

October–December: Uzbekistan and other destinations …

Perhaps there will be another trip to Uzbekistan in late autumn? If so, visiting the historic town of Chiva, where we haven't been yet, is on our wish list. We'll probably take a few other trips as well. It's still a while until that time of year, so we don't know yet...
