Quite often, when I read other people's blogs, I see that under an image it says "image borrowed from the web" or "image borrowed from Google". I don't want to be grumpy, but "the web" is a very vague place and Google is a search engine. Any image that you or I put on the internet can be found via Google. But that doesn't mean Google owns the image.

Updated: October 2026 | Tanga in Tanzania was not on our itinerary. In fact, we hadn’t even planned to travel to Tanzania. But after the unrest in connection with the elections in Kenya in 2007, we left the country, crossed the border and jumped on a local bus. Tired after a few intense days, we got off after a fairly short while. Where had we ended up? In Tanga – the beginning of an adventure we will never forget.

Now that we have heat in the boat, we can start focusing on some other things! We have wallpapered and started tiling the kitchen.
