Exercise results after 90 days

Those of you who follow the blog know that we followed a training programme for 90 days. And now we are through the whole programme! Six training sessions a week at home in front of the TV - no machines or weights, just your own body and resistance bands. So what was the result? We thought we'd share some classic before and after pictures ... We've both lost about 2kg and reduced our waist size by 3-5cm. But above all, we feel stronger and more flexible!

Completing the programme

It's been fun to try exercising like this and see that you can get results even though we are not young (52 and 38). Hopefully the exercise will help us to have more energy and feel healthier and more alert for longer!

Now that we are done with the programme, we will step down and "only" run five sessions a week. Pure holiday then ... haha. The sessions are tough and intense, and we still can't keep up with everything at the pace that they drive ...
