In Ystads Allehanda you can read that Ystad wants to invest in motorhome tourists. They have calculated that during the high season they are visited by about 40 motorhomes per night and Marie Holmström, tourism strategist in Ystad, has been given the task of seeing how they can attract even more. She believes that this is a high-spending target group that they don't want to miss out on.

Ystads Allehanda writes that the municipality plans to make it easier for motorhome tourists, for example by investing in central car parks and good opportunities to empty the toilets. This is an initiative that we of course enthusiastically support! We have been to Ystad with our motorhome before, and now it feels even nicer to come back!

Good Ystad! Nice city and nice. As a Scanian I can highly recommend Ystad (but don't forget Helsingborg just for Sören).
