1. training

One of the things we try to do during autumn (with varying degrees of success) is exercise. It's easy to become sedentary both at work and on holiday, but autumn can be a good time to start exercising. We alternate walks and jogging with training sessions at home in front of the TV. How do you do it?

2. Eat good food

Autumn offers many opportunities for great food experiences. In autumn, you can enjoy everything from mushrooms and berries to delicious stews.

3. Meeting friends

Autumn is the perfect time to get together with friends. It may be dark and dreary outside, but that makes it all the more cosy to gather around food and candles. It can be in a restaurant, but just as easily at home.

A nice dinner with family or friends is never a bad idea.

4. watch TV series

Is there anything better than curling up on the sofa in front of a cosy TV show? We like everything from historical series to drama and fantasy. This autumn, we've been watching "Return of the Dragon". What are you watching?

5. Play games

Playing games can also be fun. We have some friends who like board games. Others like to play casino games, and so it might be worth checking out casino reviews.

6. go to the cinema or theatre

Autumn is the perfect time to get a little cultural. Why not spend an evening at the cinema or theatre? We have two shows booked for the autumn, and we're really looking forward to it.

7. Take up a hobby

Is there a hobby that you've been dreaming of starting for a long time? Perhaps you want to paint, decorate, research your family history, start a blog or sing in a choir. Then autumn is the perfect time to get started!

8. go on a trip

If you can, autumn is a great time to travel. You can go on lovely city weekends in Europe or head further afield for more exotic experiences in places like Asia.

There are many great cities in Europe - this is Wroclaw in Poland.

9. Take an autumn excursion

You don't always have to travel far to have a great experience. There are almost always great places to discover around the corner. Maybe you can visit a castle, a city or a nature reserve in your neighbourhood?

10. walking/hiking

Nature is beautiful in autumn! You can go on a long hike, or just find a short walk in your neighbourhood. Moving around in nature is good for your mind and body!
