Yesterday we arrived at Sandvik's campsite, which is located on Lake Roxen outside Linköping. This is a Caravan Club campsite, which is very nice by the water. Here we have, among other things, met motorhome friends!

We celebrated Easter Monday at Bredsands camping in Enköping. And who do you think we met here? Well, our nice camping neighbours, who we got to know at Ängsö camping two weeks ago, Yvonne and Svenne. It's a small world!

Now we have rolled into Västerås mälarcamping. We were actually looking for a pitch in Västerås, at the marina, but did not find it for some reason. Instead, it became really good here at the campsite! Here we have had everything from a walk in the sun (and the cold), Easter lunch, relaxing in front of some recorded TV series, the first barbecue of the year and meeting nice camping neighbours.

We have found Härjarö camping, outside Enköping. It's cool by the water, and very quiet. We are tired after a week with a lot of work and little sleep, so it is really nice to relax and just do nothing.

It was a trip with the motorhome to Ängsö camping, which is located outside Västerås. The sun was looking out so it felt like spring. We got the first meal of the year outdoors and some nice hours out in the spring sun in the afternoon. Wonderful!

Our little weekend trip started with a night at the car park in Strängnäs. Then we continued to Avesta, where we stayed in the car park outside Coop ... We first thought of continuing on somewhere, but then we ended up staying. We cooked a really good dinner in the motorhome, and then we decided to try the nightlife in Avesta. A really good evening!

As you may know, I lecture from time to time. One of the advantages of this is that you get to visit a lot of different nice and interesting places in Sweden (conferences are often held in old fine farms, mansions, world houses and mills). Today I have been to Gysinge Bruk in Gästrikland.

Of course you want to take the opportunity to eat seafood in Smögen. The very best seafood is supposed to be here, and if there's one thing we really love, it's prawns, crayfish, crabs and the like. The fog is thick as you can see and the air is quite cold, but what does that matter when you can feast on delicious seafood?
Finally, we have a completely free weekend and the opportunity to go out with the motorhome. We have taken a rather short turn and stopped at Bredsands camping in Enköping. Here you stand nicely by the water and the sun warms gently - not bad at all!
