New healthy habits

The best thing this week is that we have started new healthy habits. There is (sparkling) water with the food and we have bought lots of fruit and vegetables. Peter walks with me to work as usual, but is now jogging a longer route home, perhaps through the neighbourhood. Karlberg Castle Park. In the evenings we run training programmes in front of the TV on the lower deck of the houseboat. It really feels great to be up and running now!

And some events ...

It's great to stick to the new habits when we're at home, but it's even more difficult when we're away at events. Last Tuesday was the 40th anniversary of the journalists' association where we're involved (with sandwich cake and wine) and yesterday Peter was invited to the premiere of a new and very popular film. very special restaurant here in Stockholm. It's not at all easy to have good habits when you're away at these events ... We try to think a little bit when we're away on the galley - but above all, we focus on sticking to the good habits here at home.

The week ahead

What happens next week on FREEDOMtravel? We still have several interesting things left to write about from our trip to Sharm el Sheikh - including food in Egypt! Perhaps Peter would also like to tell you about the visit to that very special restaurant in Stockholm? It is also possible that there will be some discussion about Austria, about the preparations for the the camping cruise and about some other things. Hope to hear from you during the week! Now we want to hear about your week ... what can you highlight as positive?

We conclude with two photos from the marina this week!
