Then it was time for Happy Friday again! It has been far from only joy this week, it's not like that in life. It has rather been a roller coaster ride between heavy emotions, challenges and fun successes.

At home in the houseboat
We are home in the houseboat again after an absolutely fantastic motorhome trip along three of Sweden's canals: Göta Canal, Trollhätte Canal and Dalsland Canal. It has been a really fun trip, but it was also nice to come home to the houseboat!
At home in Stockholm
We are not only at home in the houseboat, but also at home in Stockholm. The weather has been fantastic and one day this week we went for a walk on Kungsholmen. On Hornsberg beach there was a real holiday atmosphere with lots of people sunbathing and swimming.
We walked to Rålambshovsparken and each had a beer at Boulebar. Really nice atmosphere there!
Online shop and product delivery
But we don't just hang out in the sun. Far from it actually! We have just opened an online shop. Fantastic fun, but more work than we could ever imagine. On Monday morning, we made the first delivery of products to PostNord, for further delivery to customers.
Great fun! And Peter's "postal bike" is perfect for his new job, isn't it? Some of the customers reported that the parcels arrived really quickly, so that's good. Which products were the most popular? Yes, it was our motif paste, our Potholders with motorhomes and caravans and our motorhome and caravan key rings.
Blidö
We also took a trip to Blidö, where several members of Peter's immediate family live. The reason for the visit was that we had a memorial service for Peter's father, who passed away some time ago.
There were of course many emotions involved in the visit, but meeting the family was nice and pleasant! As you can see, we had a lovely seafood dinner together.
Best this week
The best thing this week is of course that we opened the web shop. We've been working on this for so long, so it's great that it's online and running! What has been the best part of your week?
The week ahead
We're home now, but we plan to travel by motorhome on weekends, so you can expect motorhome reports from our neighbourhood. We also plan to write three collective posts about travelling by motorhome along the three canals!

Thank you! Yes, we've heard all sorts of things about deliveries, so we weren't sure it would go so quickly. So, nice that it went so well! Great to hear that the new job is going well! It's always a lot of new things in the beginning.

Nice that you have started the shop and I can imagine that there will be some work, which is good because otherwise you would not have started it?. How do you fit everything in the boat, will there be some boxes?
Looks great with seafood and family gathered on such an occasion.

Yes, there are lots of boxes in the boat, haha! (Then some products are "dropshipping" which means that the product is with the original supplier, so we do not have exactly all products at home.) Wish you a nice weekend!
